Same is probably true for Sasuke...

Hence no 6T Rinnegan and RSM...

They probably haven't fought for a good decade...

Naruto is rusty. Sasuke is nerfed. Personally I would understand the former. The latter is just mind-boggling. Sasuke just watched his wife get taken away. And provided commentary while it happened.

Yeah, you can tell how rusty they are by Sasuke's facial expressions in this chapter.

Naruto had zero Intel and sasuke had just as little, plus was protecting children, and neither have fought for real in a while.

And finally people can once again realize that Intel on your enemy is half the fight. That never changed.

I mean what did you expect? For them to just drop tailed beast bombs and amaterasu like it was nothing. They were caught off guard.
If Naruto or Sasuke were to fight Shin without Sarada or anyone else in the way, I'm sure it would've gone smoother.

Even still Sasuke and Naruto basically laughed off the damage. They weren't at all taking it serious.

I think it's mostly PIS for Sasuke (from what we've seen).

He used his S/T tech, so I wouldn't really know how taking the tomoe away nerfes him. Maybe it would limit the scale of his techs moreso than with the tomoe.

Either way, Sasuke would have beat them from what we saw.

Sasuke was then forced into reducing himself to the role of meatshield thanks to Naruto's incompetence. He had one job to do (get the kids to safety) and he couldn't do it. Pfft.

yeah, although sasuke casually punked them so they are nothing to him. he got hurt in having to protect his child even though he could have used soosano. but its fair to say remove sarada from there and thoe guys get destroyed
