You do realize that would result in less difference between high and low tides, shorter days and a more extreme climate differences.
The loss of the Moon directly affects the Earth’s orbit, rotation and wobble. Without the Moon to act as a "stabilizer", the Earth begins to wobble more and more, sending our seasons into turmoil and changing our orbit around the Sun from slightly elliptical to massively elliptical. We now swing around the Sun in a wild, unstable, fluctuating orbit.
The tidal stress upon the Earth due to the gravity from the Moon would have vanished, an impact on how active the crust of the Earth would be in terms of vulcanize and continental drift.
Short: Moon dissapears, Earth is f*cked.
