Naruto and Sasuke basically mini Jubbi jins?

Naruto possesses Ashura's chakra PLUS the tailed beasts within him. Sasuke has Indra's chakra AND Juubi eye. So would it make sense to state that Naruto and Sasuke have basically surpassed Ashura and Indra as they carry the juubi body and eyes themselves? Else It wouldn't make sense, since Madara is a combination of Indra and Ashura plus the Juubi, and for Naruto and Sasuke to possess the feats I mentioned, then it will make the fight just as fair, rather than one side completely over ruling the other.
These are just my assumptions, so feel free to share yours
