naruto didnt realize it as he was shown surprised after launching his attack
so naruto trying to avoid sasuke's theory blew there itself as he was not aware where sasuke was
naruto asked sasuke to come down slowly but sasuke just tanked his attack

he knew perfectly well where he was. he said i must avoid sasuke. and using your words sasuke went straight down. that means there must have been a space open for sasuke to go through if he went straight down. it doesnt matter. i was never aimed as sasuke. idc if he "dodge" it our not
