Susanoo is bec of his ems,not rinnegan.His full rinnegan ability is yet to see

naruto already blitzed madara. we dont even know how sasuke's tech works. and people explained that he has to close his eyes after using it to much. so no more "teleporting"

he used his technique more than couple of times and he is able to use much powerful tech in the form of PS susanoo and still able to fight without much problem.So ur assumption is wrong
Sasuke's susanoo was able to dodge naruto's attack with ease
