But don't forget that this is a manga story, so assuming Naruto fights Sasuke at some point, Kishi will make them equals when they fight, whether or not Sasuke gets a power-up during/after this war is over.

no one can read bee's movements. they are too unorthodox and unpredictable. Stop comparing bee's taijutsu to naruto's linear speed he can only use in bursts. Notice sasuke had no trouble reading bee's foot speed

Naruto can make chakra arms sprout from anywhere on his body, and Sasuke can't predict those.
