Naruto and sasuke both are weaker as compared to pre time skip.i am not saying they are weaker than shin ,sakura etc. I think they are sick.this happened before with itachi.kishi wanted to limit itachi that is plot shield.same thing rusty or sick or out of practice or something else is applied to them . Your thoughts .

That's how long they've been without a real threat, they're going to be rusty. 15 years is a long time..
