Kaguya's Expansive Truth Seeking Orb Kekkai Moura is only strong enough to destroy the dwarf planet/planetoid that they stand on in which would result in the whole dimension being lost. So her destroying a dimension is nothing more than an outlier because that single dimension she planed to blow up was only a small pocket dimension that contained 1 world.

No they aren’t, if they were similar, the Edo Tensei would’ve been gone from the get go after being touched anywhere by them. Especially in cases like Minato’s since he touched 5 of them touched his back when he teleported them. And still Zamasu would blitz her in a heartbeat.

hakai doesnt vaporize someone instantly. Goku's hakai slowly erased zamasu. the same is true the truth seeking balls. they erase what they touch. minato lost his arms.

Zamasu is a unique case anyway because he was immortal. And like I said, Minato still didn’t lose his torso or anything despite Madara’s TSBs hitting him there, therefore TSB aren’t like Hakai. But either way, Zamasu wins. He has martial arts knowledge, intelligence, immortality and multiple abilities granted by his level of ki.
