Well if you consider them a 3 man team then sakura is truly the best support for naruto and sasuke. But in combat prowess alone sakura is below them, but she is support so thats ok.

Her healing power would be huge if she focused all her healing into 2 slugs attached to just naruto and sasuke. She is only considered useless when you think narrowmindly that pure fighting power is everything. its mostly everything but still
