Both Naruto and Sasuke were adept at learning new jutsu and by the end of the 4th war both of their learning curves reached new heights.

and Sasuke with his rinnegan each had the power to master a library of jutsu in a fraction of the usual time.

With the single assumption that Naruto retained(Or regains) his instant mastery/knowledge of chakra nature's & jutsu,

and understanding that Sasuke mastered his Rinnegan, they literally should be piling on to their existing arsenals. I could see both of them learning jutsu equal in number to the likes of kakashi hiruzen and orochimaru, or more.

Essentially, yes. Regardless of difficulty and rank and aside from regional kekkei genkai, they can master any jutsu. Speaking of kekkei genkai, they both do have some amount of hashirama cells, Naruto via his replacement arm and Sasuke via Kabuto saving his life.

Kabuto’ use of hashirama cells was to make edo madara badass, and resulted in him gaining wood clones, deep forest and deep forest bloom and one other that I’m forgetting. As hashirama’ grandchild, Tsunade’ got monster strength and the same healing capabilities of hashirama. There’re shinobi who likely got less than half an arm worth of hashirama dna and still got his power. So if allowed by plot, both Sasuke and Naruto could potential use any of these techniques or ones not listed.

Madara used a flower petal from deep emergency forest bloom to cultivate the Gedo mazo state, so i'm sure his wood style was okay before kabuto got to it. All kabuto really did was create a fake rinnegan for madara using both hashi and mad's tissues to create weird rinnegan powers such as tenagi shinsei
