Naruto (especially now since he is 'controlling' and utilizing chakra from all 9 bijuu + his own + nature energy).

I think I created a similar thread..let me just copy and paste what I wrote a couple of months back:

Sakura:
- One of the best medical ninja in the world. Medical ninjutsu requires high chakra control as you are manipulating the chakra for extremely precise operations and healing even to do with the cells of the human body.

-She and Tsunade are one of the few people shown in the manga who able to create extremely strong chakra-enhanced strength with requires further chakra control.

-Finally she was able to perform the yin release (white strength) seal which stores chakra over a long period of time to a specific point. This technique also demonstrates her chakra control.


Naruto:
- Firstly he could create the rasengan which is supposed to require insane chakra control because it is the "shape transformation of one's chakra to the "highest possible point"" (Narutopedia). The rasengan doesn't have any definite limits because once created the chakra can sustain itself.

- He created the jutsu, wind release: rasengan and rasenshurken which is mixing one's chakra element with the Rasengan, emphasising the combination of the highest forms of Shape Transformation and Nature Transformation. Yamato considered doing this requires incredible chakra skill (something Kakashi couldn't do)

-He trained and was able to achive perfect sage mode. Something even Jiraiya couldn't do (perfectly). Sage mode is the result of using natural energy along with a shinobi's normal chakra to drastically empower all of their abilities. The ability to draw and blend natural energy with the users own chakra requires very high chakra control and focus.

-He was able to control Kurama's power (this is still when he was training with Bee) which requires a lot of focus to maintain that high amount of chakra. Actually it takes a lot of chakra control for any Jinchuuriki to control the tailed beasts.

- Once he became friends with Kurama, he achieved BM. This is quite hard to maintain as the chakra concentration is so high that it creates a very durable cloak.

-Furthermore he was able to create a massive tailed beast ball in this state with Kurama's help ofc. To form the attack, they gather both positive black chakra and negative white chakra, shape it into a sphere, and then compress it. Haha also the black and white chakra needs to be balanced at an 8:2 ratio.

- Finally as we've seen in the latest manga chapters of Naruto he became so skilled to transmit and transform Kurama's and his chakra to every shinobi without any training. Also recently he turned BSM which requires you to collect and mash together Nature, Kurama's and Naruto's chakra.

- Don't even get me started on Senjutsu of the six paths + using chakra from all 9 tailed beasts.

Oh yeah and he is using that sun symbol on his hand which i'm sure requires insane chakra control to essentially 'alter' Gai's life-force and his chakra system. Plus the whole crazy healing shit.

Well let it all depends on what we are talking about.

Sakura is probably still superior in the amount of chakra needed to perform the same jutsu, and the precision of her chakra control is still superior.

Naruto is superior at balancing the large amount chakra within him. But his chakra control comes from superior types of chakra, masking the need for chakra control. For example, he wasn't able to do the bijuu attack that he was attempting with bee, in till he received help with Kurama.

Naruto now has perfect control of chakra and more chakra than anybody plain and simple and now in second place is Sasuke. Sakura is not in their league.

Sakura in the amount of chakra needed to perform jutsu and precision. Naruto is better at handling large quantities, but better quality chakra is easier to manipulate anyway.

Naruto's advantage has always been a chakra powerhouse: Clan is born with enormous amounts of chakra and he hosts a tailed beast. Hell he has all of them now.

And can u kindly tell me about how u could see him using too much of chakra in his recent jutsus?? Did u measure the amount he used?? Lol

The better is the quality of chakra like Bijuu's chakra, Hashirama's chakra, Senjutsu chakra, Rinnegan user's chakra the difficult it is to control and manipulate it!! U_U

That's the problem with writing instead of speaking. When I say I could see, I mean it as an expression It means that given his past history and characteristics that he is likely using more chakra than necessary and likely doesn't notice it since he has such a large reserve.
