RIP English. I know you don't like Naruto but read the manga, Naruto was surprised that Salada didn't know about her father when he asked Salada to tell Chouchou about him. The blame can only be placed on those responsible as parents which is Sasuke and Sakura.
Naruto seems to be a better parent for Salada than Sakura and Sasuke have both shown in this Gaiden so far

This. Blame the father who was away for years and couldn't even call his wife because he doesn't charge his phone. Plus how are they suppose to send letters to a guy who is constantly on the move? He sent a letter to Naruto with a location for them to meet, Naruto wasn't shown replying to Sasuke so as of now the only way to talk to Sasuke is if he sets up a place to meet you. He probably sent letters to Sakura but she couldn't reply unless he tells her to send him a reply with his hawk.
