They're married and have kids. (Well a kid for Sakura) once you get married you really don't have time for friends anymore. They still care about each other, but they're focusing on the important things naruto being hokage, and Sakura raising sarada.

The moment she restarted his heart, is the moment where their friendship status was cemented as "true friends". They don't have to be latched on to each other because they're married now and both are busy with their own lives.. that's my view

They're still great friends but they just don't have the time to be getting together like they used to when they were teenagers. Especially for Naruto since now with his promotion to Hokage, dude barely has enough time to deal with his family, more specifically his bratty son.
I mean, its kind of like how Tsunade and Jiriya interacted every so often to relay info except worse since neither Sakura nor Naruto have as much free time as Jiriya did when it came to his "research".

naruto and sasuke are friends.....but naruto and sakura went there ways.......kishimoto made sakura choose and that ened that......
Narusaku didnt happen so the bind is gone ......naruto is hokage and never talks to her......just hand waves like shown in boruto naruto the movie
