Naruto hasn't shown any growth in his liking for Sakura. If his liking for Sakura still exists. In part 1, Ino really liked Sasuke, she's moved on. The point I'm making is the Manga hasn't shown us any development in Naruto's feelings for Sakura besides her fake confession. Naruto's advances on Sakura have all been very comedic. Comedy was involved in NaruHina cause Hinata always used to faint and stuff but there was major development there. NaruHina, unlike NaruSaku isn't comedy. Also, Naruto admitted it himself. He likes girls like Hinata, not the typeof comedic like as displayed with Sakura. He was really serious when he told her that. Naruto's eyes during Hinata's confession can't just be ignored. Basically what I'm saying is how can a comedic relationship be stronger than a serious one.
