They did change over the time skip though. I think Kishi showed their growth (visually) quite well.

Eh, maybe I don't know that definition of this term (English is not my first language; in my language "puberty" literally translates as "sexual growth", so that probably influences my understanding). And again, I think Ksihi did their timeskip growth pretty well.

^^^^^^ Just like "ni**a" is a racist term for blacks and so many more terms but are used as normal greeting terms now. Puberty is sometimes used to simply say that so and so hasn't hit adulthood. Hence why there was alot of mention of facial hair regarding the men in the OT.

Just as people say "justin beiber hasn't hit puberty".. we all know he has. And the OP doesn't talk about the timeskip, but their future as adults.

That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard. I wasn't able to grow even a single facial hair until I was 20.my church pastor is in his 40's and he can't grow anything at all

If you have any comprehension of puberty, one of the first signs of exterior body puberty is facial hair. And you probably did have facial hair that you yourself might not have noticed. But the point being saying that that is the dumbest thing you have heard.. kind of makes me think if you just go rant on things that you don't know about.

As for your pastor, i don't know him, he might have a disorder. There are many kids who are smarter than 30+ old adults, so are they not kids anymore? Trying to say couple of exceptions, break the majority sign.. is kind dumb in itself.

Not to all humans, there are exceptions here and there. A genetic disorder of some type can even prevent that. And also , the stage of puberty is varied for different people, there is no certain age.
