Description: The user will channel their raiton chakra into their hand and stretch it outwards, resulting in a flash of light to appear. Once the flash of light dissipates after a quick moment, two human sized penguins made of raiton can be seen on the immediate sides of the opponent. This is done because the raiton penguins travel from the user's location all the way to the opponent via running at average speed. Anything in the middle of the penguins would be stunned for a short while as the user dashes as fast as they can towards the stunned target to perform a numerous amount of slashes with their sword. After performing the combo, the user will channel raiton chakra into their sword once more and thrust it at the opponent and release it upon making contact, resulting in the opponent getting thrown meters away at high speeds with unfocused raiton crackling over their body.

Is the opponent blinded by the flash of light? And how tall are the penguins? And does the unfocused Raiton have the same effect as Nagashi?

Well, this is pretty unique and neat technique. So, you basically, gather Raiton chakra in your hands and swing your hands, forming a bright arc of Lightning. The said arc dissipates after a moment, and two penguins made up of lightning appear beside the opponent. Anything in between the penguins get shocked by unfocused Raiton, which disturbs the opponent's nerves and confuses the synapses of his brain, paralyzing him. The user can then use this time window to deliver several slashes on the opponent. After the combo is done, the user outstretches his sword and channels Raiton chakra to it, thrusting it at the opponent, as this sudden 'thrust' and flow of high amount of Raiton chakra causes the opponent to be thrown back a long distance at a high speed, while unfocused Lightning crackles all over his body, making it difficult for him to move, once more paralyzing him and confusing the synapses as before.

More or less a video of the jutsu. The opponent is in fact blinded by the light, taking away his most prominent sense; sight. The penguins are as tall as average humans by the way. And yes, the raiton crackling over their body would paralyze them for a bit, or at least hinder their movements, but they should be dead after this jutsu xD.

Raiton: Sankakki keimusho) - Lightning Release: Trianglular Prison

Description: The user gathers a large amount of Lightning chakra and performs the Boar handseal. He then shapes the fingers of both his hands to form a triangle after which he channels lightning chakra into his hands and releases lightning from them, shape manipulating it into a triangle like structure made up of electricity. Once formed, the lightning triangle is released onto the opponent, surrounding him. While the prison is surrounding the opponent, the user has to maintain focus over his chakra to not let the lightning disappear. The lightning triangle is about 2 meters high and 3 meters wide. As the opponent is encased, he gets electrocuted by the lightning continuously, from all 3 sides. The electrocution lasts for 5 seconds, after which the user snaps his fingers to make the lightning prison disperse into thousand tiny sharp lightning spears, piercing the opponent and paralyzing him on almost every single point of his body.
Notes:
- Can only be used twice per battle
- The user cannot use any S-Rank or above lightning jutsu in the next turn
- Can only be taught by Nāruto

Guessing you cannot end the electrocuting before the five seconds? Other than that it is perfectly clear.

Make the boar hand seal, go all Tien on them and make a triangle with your fingers, then via shape and nature manipulation you release raiton that forms a pyramid (not too big) made of raiton around the user. It shocks them for five seconds, then pretty much skewers him O-O.

You can. Five seconds is the max. Yea, inspired from Tien. You just make the triangle, and the Raiton forms around the opponent, which happens instantly. Yepyep, like tiny thousand needles pricked into his body, except these are of pure Lightning and they can kill him.
