Both have horns.
Both have the Tomoe Necklace.
Both have a Chakra Longcoat.

The only difference is that Naruto's form is made purely of chakra, while Obito's part of his body (since the horns seem to extend from his forehead)


I believe this is foreshadowing that Obito's new form is, in fact, his Bijuu Mode.
Also, this probably means that once Naruto obtains the other half of Kurama, he will fight against Obito.
