- Naruto cannot enter or use Senjutsu/chakra
- Naruto is limited to 1 Shadow Clone at a time
- Naruto cannot go Full BM (can do partial)

- Neji can use all Hyuuga techs he hasn't shown to use

- Gaara is a perfect jin with Shukaku. He has feats of 3rd and 4th Kazekage sand techs (the location will have gold and iron underneath the location)


Location: Mizukage vs SA.

New Conditions: Naruto can only help Neji from the side lines. He cannot use offensive methods to kill team 2, but use them defensively to secure Neji's victory.

I don't see why you would put Naruto in this match-up as he is on his own league. Either way, your choice. In your intial conditions, team 1 very low diff. In the new conditions, Neji gets overwhelmed by Gaara, as his sand uses magnet release, thus its not chakra as Chiyo already stated chakra is converted into magnet release which means its no longer chakra in that sense. Team 2 shit.

That doesn't make sense. The same can be applied to all element ninjutsu. All chakra converts to an element. Not to mention this jutsu is base on Shukaku's ability. Which then Naruto confirm all Shukaku abilities is Jiton base (meaning Gaara too via with Sand). So if Jiton can be absorb means it can also be nullified by Gentle Fist.

Bunta can't mix his Water, and Oil lol. Because Water, and Oil don't mix. Nidaime Mizukage was a special case. Gamabunta's Oil would clump up Gaara's Sand making it if anything a thicker, more solid substance. And the Water would simply make it wet.

No, water would first make it wet and the oil following would clump it like in canon, EjBlack explained it. COFRS then decimates Gaara.

I somehow fail to see how Team 2 doesn't take this. Neji gets cast aside pretty easily by either Gaara or Kisame and i'm sure a perfect jin Gaara and Kisame can hold their own against Naruto
