The uchiha bros. Could never be able to keep up with Naruto and Minato, so any attempts at an attack will be mostly in failure. Not to mention itachi would be unable to spam his techniques sue to the pain of the mangekyo sharingan. Wind over takes lightning anyways, amterasu can be dealt with with minato's space time techs

If you're going by family, It'd be best if you'd say Naruto and Nagato vs. Itachi and Sasuke.
Nagato is more like a big brother to Naruto just like how Itachi is a big brother to Sasuke.
Either way, Team 1 wins this Mid-Difficulty.

Sasuke and Itachi can't touch Minato/Naruto with Amaterasu anyways.
Naruto wakes himself up form Genjutsu, and Naruto inserts Kyuubi chakra inside of Minato to disrupt Minato's chakra flow if Minato ever gets caught... which is highly unlikely.
