I disagree with a lot of Minato's.
Taijutsu: 3.5/4- He's been shown having extremely amazing reflexes but besides his Kunai in battle, he doesn't seem like the type to pack a punch in a fight.
Genjutsu: 3/3.5- No genjutsu feats whatsoever, that's just the number I'd give him since he's a Hokage
Knowledge: 5- Figured out Obito's weakness in minutes.
Strength: 2.5/3- Strength has never been shown by Minato, it's not really his style.
Seals: Definitely a 4.5 or 5- Knowledge of STB, Uzumaki seals, seals used for FTG, sealed Kyuubi, RDS, the man is a master when it comes to seals.
S/T Barrier, RDS, Tetragram seal all involve handseals. He's also capable of using Rasengan and FTG with and without handseals. Either way he gets a high ranking in seals.
you know I always thought handseals was actually referring to chakra control in the databooks. I mean it makes no sense that sakura has like what a 5? in handseals when she doesn't really have any jutsu (other then the genjutsu we've seen in movies). she does have great chakra control however.
that would also explain why naruto has a low stat in handseals (I mean he has just as many jutsus as sakura), because unlike sakura he has/had terrible chakra control
