To clear things up, Madara did not go for his Rinnegan because of Sasuke, and his action was not the consequence of a single chapter. Going for his Rinnegan started even before Obito went with the Rinnegan in Kamui dimension. The attempt simply failed at that time.

Second, you ignore completely, you are convincing that Sasuke was a big threat to Madara because of his eyes while ignoring that Madara was also using Limbo when Naruto almost obliterated him.

Third, if Sasuke was really a threat to Madara due to his eyes, why did he start to shit in his pants when Madara created more Limbo shadow? Why did he not take care of the Limbo since you think he is the one who threat Limbo the most?

Your mistake is to think that Sasuke being able to see Limbo was a bigger threat than Naruto being able to sense it from all direction. Chapter 676 is the evidence that Naruto is better fit to fight Limbo than Sasuke. Sasuke has only 180 degree vision field. No matter what you think, he will be killed in an instant by 4 Limbo clone in a serious fight.
