and now i was thinking , Isn't Ma and Pa's Genjutsu also a one-shot K.O. ?

None of the Dojutsu Users ( who are apparently genjutsu-proof ) showed to resist the Sound Genjutsu

Naruto as well as Kakashi ( Kamui ) and Itachi ( Amateratsu ) has a one shot K.O move

lol they is,a jutsu that once it hit anyone, he/her will die instantly can be called a oneshot jutsu the thing is, people think that when some one mentions a one shot jutsu it means, once realized it kills nooo that's not the meaning.
