Considering Naruto's ability/skills he could have very easily learned:
- wind shuriken
- wind sword
- wind shield/barrier
- FTG, he learned a S/T jutsu before he fought Pain
- more sealing jutsu
- wind rasengan, the manga should have showed us what the wind rasengan could do alone.
The reason why we didn't see more from Naruto was because kishi holds him back. Naruto possess a lot of skill.
Naruto is very skilled in Ninjutsu and taijutsu. He also had knowledge and skill in genjutsu.
Base Naruto's arsenal:

- Rasengan
- Great rasengan and other large rasengan. (I separate this rasengan from his normal rasengan because the larger size give the justu more power and range. Naruto even used it in a defensive way when he create a wall of rasengans to stop the Madara's wood jutsu)

- FRS
- Weapon summoning jutsu
- Body flicker jutsu
- Toad summoning jutsu
- Reverse summoning jutsu (this is the S/T jutsu Naruto uses a scoll to summon his clones)
- Sealing jutsu/skill (his ability to manipulate the 9 tail seal and the new sealing technique he used to seal the 9 tails)
- Chakra transfer justu
- Genjutsu defensive skills
Base Naruto "The Last" jutsu improvements/feats:
- Base mode Naruto can create a FRS with one hand, throw it, and control it's trajectory. He can create any rasengan or variation using one hand
- Rasengan blast (that's the new Rasengan he used at the end of the movie. It shoots out like a blast of energy, similar to how the beast ball can be shot out in a wave form)
- New/improve 9 tail seal. Naruto tail beast seal allowed him to release the 9 tails from his body.
Just from Naruto arsenal is easy to determine he became a very skilled ninjutsu user without any boost or powerup.
Naruto learned his own unique taijutsu style, frog fu. Even without frog fu Naruto's base taijutsu was refined.
- Naruto held his own against Pain in base mode in taijutsu. While Pain easily hit Kakashi in taijutsu.
- A none serious Naruto easily held his own against the 2 cloud ninjas, both former students of Killer Bee. Naruto even caught Karui sword attack -
Jiraiya taught him how to defeat genjutsu and Naruto displayed his skills during his battle with Itachi. Itachi failed to put Naruto to sleep and was forced to change tactics -
Naruo surpassed Danzo's level in wind. Naruto created the FRS. That jutsu is wind shaped at the highest level shape manipulation. Since he can shape wind at the highest level he has the ability to shape wind at any level. Naruto can throw the FRS. Neither Pa frog nor Ma frog knew how Naruto was able to throw the FRS.

He should have just developed new techniques with Kyuubi chakra that weren't all Dragonball Z ripoffs.
He's a freaking Uzumaki, maybe some OP sealing techniques or something.
As far as elemental tech goes, he should have been able to use Fuuton at Danzo's level by the end of the manga
