Hello Narutobase, I have came along way from past posts and what not. Conflicts here and there. Concerning which posts should be posted and things not belonging here and there. I did not care about where I posted this. I want everybody to see this post.
Jojo's Bizarre Adventure
My main thing I would like to address is the Jojo's Bizarre Adventure All Star Battle scene. I have received the NA version of the game first day and I say my first impressions are that the game is semi-polished to a point where the gameplay is smooth and the story does not drag on with over the top cinematics. The game takes a huge simple root to itself and makes it a casual fighter for casuals and experts alike. I love the anime, manga and now games for what they are. Main problem I am hugely having with the game is the F U C K I N G ONLINE PORTION! Why is it that it lags alot? I mean soo much I cant play it at all? I play other games online and PC online, even my Wii online (will soon be terminated) on Wifi and Jojo is the only game that lags. The game is amazing if the online portion was polished. Anybody having problems also?
That concludes the Jojo part. Now Naruto.
Naruto
I have been with Naruto for the longest time, since I was in Gr.6 till now. I am turning 20. Naruto has been such a big part of my life and now as I get older, the "franchise" is dragging on. Like really dragging on and being milked like Dragonball currently is. Naruto Storm Revolution seems to wrap up the "last gen" Naruto games so to speak. My main thing is, they have lost touch with what Naruto really was within the games. They have stripped the game of all its glory since the ps2 days and the first Storm. I have downloaded the Fullburst game recently and saw the file size is around 25gbs. Take that game and compare a 360 disc and a ps3 disc and the game to fit on it. The game would be able to fit on both discs for both consoles. That means that the bloom and dynamic clothing and soooo much more the first Storm had would be able to fit flawlessy. So the graphics could be pushed out more sexy and more characters would be added. Now back to the point of the franchise dragging on. Look at how the games and anime, even manga are being milked? The manga is messed up as being fleshed out as a Ninja-based Mythical God Pun Battle and the anime will soon catch up. The games are fleshed out as rushed and excused and unpolished since Storm 2. How is this acceptable? Back when Naruto started, the games were amazing feats and Naruto was just doing Ninja-like things that ninjas do.
My main point for this rant; I want Naruto to f u c k i n g end. As much as it built my childhood on a solid ground for future animes and games that came after it. I just want it to end before I get any where near when I am 25yrs of age. I am glad Naruto was awesome and it brought happiness and strength to teens who are now my age and older to do anything but it is being dragged on too long. I hate to say it, but I wont quit Naruto just yet!
