Lol, i think ironically tobi brought peace because all 5 villages are putting their differences aside and fighting together now to stop him. All that's left for naruto are to beat aforementioned tobi, and beat some sense into sasuke.

Tobi is most likely going to be beaten and after that things would most likely go back to normal with all the hate and stuff.
