Naruto and its spamming

I understand if its their strongest move, then use it, but do they really have to spam moves?

Sasuke- Chidori, now Susano'o and Amaterasu.

Edo Madara- Anything that deals with Hashi and Mokuton.

Naruto- Shadow Clone, Rasengan, and now TBB.

Kakashi- Raikiri, now Kamui.

Tobito- Kamui.

I'm sure there's more. I understand they're their best techs., but don't you think Kishi would give them some equal-powered techs. to them so they wouldn't have to spam the same move every time?

Yeah I would rather have atleast 3 skills diff elements equal strength than 1 skill that is strong and is versitile Naruto needs a different set of skills that don't revolve around making balls in his hands concentrated with chakra.. Dragons please cause you know lately everybody is pulling Dragons and Op stuff out their Bungholes.
