naruto and hunter x hunter?

out of all the popular(or slightly popular) mangas would you say that naruto characters and hunter x hunter characters are roughly equal in power and abilities? Its hard finding two manga's where character's are somewhat similar in power and techniques.

Power scaling in comparison to other manga is hard to judge, at least for me. In Hunter x Hunter it's not all about power, plus we haven't even seen half of the character's strongest abilities. It's hard to judge

I'd rate Naruto as far above. Seriously, nothing from hunter x hunter comes close to TBBs or Perfect Susanoo.
