Naruto and his Truth Seeking Balls > Genjutsu.

Truth-Seeking Balls are spheres of black, malleable chakra. Originating from the power of the Sage of Six Paths, they are composed of all five basic nature transformations, in addition to Yin-Yang Release, and Six Paths Sage Chakra. Basically, they are the proof of mastery of all nature transformations.

Genjutsu falls under Yin category. We've already seen his mastery of the nature transformations when he combined various elements with his FRS effortlessly. I don't believe Naruto will do anything Genjutsu-wise because he just isn't the type of fighter and he doesn't have any experience casting it. I do believe, however, that he now has the best knowledge of how everything works. If he knows that, he might have a better understanding how to nullify each element or, for example, dispel the Genjutsu if he were to be caught in it.

This leads me to believe that Sasuke won't try to Genjutsu Naruto. Not because he isn't capable but because of the aforementioned reasoning. Also, if that theory is wrong, he always has Bijuu to cancel it out.

Genjutsu isn't a physical attack. The nullification of chakra was only shown when Ninjutsu physically attack the orbs or its user. At best, Truth Seeking Balls work as shields to block eye contact. He would have to dispel genjutsu the conventional way if he was ever caught in it. I just don't see how genjutsu can be nullified by Onmyoudon or Truth Seeker Orbs since it deals with illusion.

I didn't say the Truth Seeking Balls would dispel or nullify genjutsu. They nullify Ninjutsu. The point was Naruto's advanced understanding of all nature transformations because of possessing the TSB.

I think the IT would have worked on Naruto. In that sense I think Sasuke may actually be able to use genjutsu on Nardo.

I was thinking of more mediocre Genjutsu, though. It's understandable IT would work on him.
