Didnt the third instruct that nobady tell Naruto that he had the 9 tails inside of him, not that his father was the 4th. i believe that only a few older people knew that the 4th was naruto's father. I believe that sometime during the war it will coem about that he is the son of the 4th

The third made it a rule not to mention anything about the incident at all.

As you can see from the manga, it is becoming more known and acknowledged that Minato is Naruto's father. Naruto even comes to his fathers defense...cant wait to see more of this around naruto's friends!!

Yet Naruto discovered that he's the 4th's son but didn't told anyone about it because he doesn't need to. He's not the type who's so proud to be the 4th's son and spreading the news to everybody saying "look at me, I'm the 4th's son. Pretty cool huh?!"
Besdides, situation there become more and more intense after Pain was defeated. There's Sasuke, 5 kage summit, Madara declaring war..so there's no time for story telling
