the 3rd Hokage used to watch over Naruto when he was small
with the Crystall Ball......
but inside Naruto's house when Naruto was too young to
take care of himself.....Other ninja would put him to sleep
with genjutsu or make him think he did everything
by himself..
they would use stealth with their ninja abilities...
so he wouldnt notice them helping him
so he thought he was alone but he wasnt
over time he might have had several caretakers....
they may have died...
basically the ninja would swoop in and help naruto do stuff
like groom him and fix him food(baby ramen)
it might be revealed later......maybe not

You could have told a mod to move your thread instead of just making another one...Anyways, I hardly think anybody is going to care of who took care of naruto...Let's keep it at that the 3rd have him money each month for food...Naruto pretty much took care of himself.
