Nope, the only reason the rinnegan appeared in madara is because of Ashura chakra + Indra chakra. Not doujutsu clan + uzumaki.

My guess is since the hyuga are known for chakra control and uzumaki for powerful bodies, their baby would be a powerful user of taijutsu, senjutsu, medical ninjutsu and barrier ninjutsu, with a chance of byakugan. Also, since all hyuga are wind style users and so is naruto, the baby would have a wind style specialty.

What? Where did you get that from? Naruto is Ashura and yes, Hinata is a descendant of Hagoromo's brother, but that doesn't mean anything. Their kid would be strong, but I doubt they will have the Rinnegan. I could see Sasuke and Karin's kid getting it.
