Now we know that these 2 are both reincarnations of Ashura. However, I noticed they barely interacted during their time together on the battlefield. I think it would have been interesting to see them chat about their views on the shinobi world, their ideologies etc

I totally agree. That was one thing I was hoping to see between Naruto and Hashirama. They're so alike and Hashirama would definitely get along with Naruto.

I think it was better that Sasuke and Hashirama interacted. I think its more interesting than what Naruto and Hashirama would have talked about.

what would they have discussed? They already expressed their view it so many times. I don't think there was a slot for kishi to put them.It was mostly Madara who got to preach his view on world and stuff and it was about shinobi history and it was important for plot progression.
