[Theory] Naruto and "Ending the Brothers' feud"

On the last page, Naruto says that he will "End this Brother's feud".

I don't think he means just kill Sasuke, because Hashirama 'killed' Madara and Indra passed on to Sasuke.

I believe Naruto's real battle is between Indra a little more than with Sasuke.

I think Naruto is going to use the technique he used against Kurama at the Waterfall of Truth and separate Indra's will from Sasuke.

The worrisome part is, what will be let of the Sasuke we now know?
