You're really comparing kid Gohan to kid Sasuke? Those two are nothing alike. Sasuke was an arrogant prick who thought he could beat anyone. Gohan was very shy, afraid, and respectful.

Sasuke = Vegeta.

Uchiha clan Massacred / Saiyan Race destroyed.
Naruto surpassed him a lot / Kakarot was always better and stronger
He wanted to avenge his clan / he wanted to avenge his race.

Vegeta never cared about his race and even said as much to Dodoria before he killed him. His only goal was to surpass Goku in power. Also never compare Sasuke to Vegeta because it's an insult to Vegeta.

actually, he kinda sorta did

at first, goku just wanted to fight frieza cuz he heard he was strong. then when frieza killed vegeta, goku asked him for some of his pride so he can fight on behalf of the saiyans. then when he became a super saiyan, he fought to avenge ALL the people frieza murdered

Itachi reminds me of Piccolo. He may not truly be as physically powerful as the other top jounin & Kages, but he has proven to be a intimidatingly clever ninja capable of turning near every attack against him back onto his aggressor. Even if it is Self Sacrificially.

Actually I would have to say for myself Naruto reminds me more of Kid Gohan. Starting off a not-so-good fighter who has the passion to improve himself better to protect those he cares for. And when one of them gets hurt in front of him & he gets pissed....

Actually Goku only has yellow hair when he's a ssj lol. His regular hair is colored black.
