really bad IMO, your not really making that much progress...

work on blending your render, try and make it look like the render belongs there, rather than just being pasted there randomly - i promise you it will help a LOT.

also try not to overuse a single render or effect, reusing the same render as the bg is only okay if u cant tell its the render..

theres my two piece.

also try throwing in some curves, gradient maps and filters to add some depth, atmosphere and contrast to your work.
