Also I hope everyone realized that the real Naruto had the Gojudama and the one inside the dimension was actually a clone. Naruto either: A) Made a clone when he entered the dimension, and he ran off to Sasuke, or B) foresaw Kaguya coming back to the "Ice World" and waited for her to open the dimensional portal again and entered it when she came out.

what naruto was refering to was that kaguya was able to use the dimension to attack him, the part when she used nature to attack him from anywhere.

So when naruto had did the kagebunshin, he filled the dimension up or part of it, and he is saying that he can attack from anywhere just like kaguya.
