Naruto already has "Indra chakra"?

Chidori is of Sasuke's or "Indra's" chakra, thus the penetration would theoretically leave some of that chakra there.

Or is it just that Kishi only thought of the Indra and Ashura bs to justify why only Madara has the Rinnegan and to keep Naruto and Sasuke on "equal" footing? Because let's face it. If Naruto was the sages reincarnation or predecessor like we all (well, most) believed that while back when Naruto gained KCM and after the first Bijuu talk he would have shit all over Sasuke, but Kishi realized this and made the Indra and Ashura crap to keep them "equal" and the whole "Yin and Yang" theme.

No, we DON'T know their power scales and why would the originals NOT be more powerful? Being that they are also older, which equals more experience and technique respectively. Plus, I'm sure the Sage trained them both.
