I believe Kishi said in an interview he wanted to start on a new manga/project but he can't because he is doing Naruto atm. So more than likely after this war he will end the series for good.

I don't know if that is true we have alot more to see and plus the kids of naruto can make the series go on or naruto and sasuke can keep fighting for the next series, Nothing tells me that naruto will be able to bring sasuke back to the village and i still think that itachi is going to talk to sasuke again and make him help the leaf village. we all know that sasuke is going to help kill tobi and if you don't know wait and see
