Jiraiya and Kushina spent a few moments looking at each other. They both had red eyes and left over tear residue on their faces. Jiraiya was pissed and wanted to go after Kurama, but he realized that if he did then more than likely Kushina would too. Then what… if they both died little Naruto would be an orphan.
It took a few pleads and cursing between the two for him to calm down. On his broken desk… which he had smashed while in rage, laid his new book ICHA ICHA Paradise: Foxy love. He had made the novel based on Kushina's and Minato's secret 'missions'. Naruto squirmed in the bed. His little chubby legs kicking and thrashing about, his eyes opened. They were red eyes that could memorize. Naruto looked at her mother held his arms out, "Mammamama" he said over and over again in his baby like droll.
"Hey there pumpkin!" she cooed, handing him a small toy. Naruto began to play with it, he started chewing on it and then something weird happened. He grabbed it with both hands. He tried pull them in opposite directions. Kushina looked at the boy and saw with her shock that he was bleeding red and golden chakra. Jiraiya Naruto's behavior and immediately grabbed a seal tag. "Kushina, he's turning I need to seal the excess chakra." Jiraiya said, but Kushina did not hear him. She had her head bent low sobbing silently. "Kushina!" he shouted near her ear. Naruto's began to scream in pain as a skin flake was lifted in the air and burned to black smoke.
Jiraiya placed the white piece of paper near Naruto and formed hand signs. "Ninja art: Chakra seal" he muttered as the red and golden chakra began to pour into the seal in troves. His eyes widen and realized something. Instead of one tail, Naruto now had two… "Did Minato ever tell you how fast Kitsune tails grow?" Jiraiya asked. Kushina shook her head, "Kurama never told us either, I think the bastard like to see this kind of hell unfold." She mockingly laughed.
Jiraiya looked at Naruto he was almost the spitting image of his father. Minato the 4th Hokage, Minato of the Demon lords guard, Minato of the leaf… he was going to have something Kushina have, and you know for once during the entire time he had found out… Jiraiya smiled, causing Kushina to shoot him a questioning look. "Kushina… he reminds me of Minato… you know when he first came to the village with Kurama." He silently said as he looked at the baby, he stopped the sealing of chakra. He put his hands on the boy's hair.
He closed his eyes and tried to think way back, about 21 years ago. When Minato was just 5.
-Flash back-
Minato was walking with Kurama, at the time the young Demon and heir to lord that stand beside him throne. Minato was nerves not do to the fact of being in the new village, but at the fact that he was getting eyed at by many villagers. His tails showed and he hid behind Kurama. Kurama however just raised a hand and this caused several villagers to immediately jump, they were afraid of the possibility of a attack. All but, one even ninja backed away. The man had short white hair and in his hands was note book, he was writing down something. Though he was not facing the direction of Kurama and Minato, nor even noticing them.
"Hey you white head!" Kurama shouted to the man with the spy glass. Kurama jumped to and grabbed to see what he was looking at. His nose began to bleed a river of blood. In his eyes… well the spy glass's was a two black headed women bathing. They were well endowed for their seemingly young age. "Hey I am researching here, scram!" the young man with white hair said. Kurama looked back at him. "Kurama Namikaze… well, the world does get smaller" the white haired man said. "Wait… Jiraiya?" "The one and only," he gets in his pose, bringing his leg up. "I am the Toad master" slammed his foot back down and rolled his head, causing his hair to flutter in the wind. "The SUPER ULTRA PERVERT!" finished the pose jotting his hands to form a diagonal at 50 degrees. "Jiraiya the mountain toad sage" he said with a exotic grin and he made sure for everyone to hear it. Kurama swore there was going to be confetti and colored smoke somewhere, but it never came.
"Well you know what they say, if you're not broken, then there is nothing to fix." Kurama said laughingly. "I think if it's not broken, there is no reason to fix it Kurama" Minato said as he came from behind them. "Yeah you're brother is right Kurama, speaking off… the ****… who in holy **** did your father screw this time." Jiraiya sighed, thinking of the Kurama's father's Harem, of wives. "No one else, but my mother, and that make this kid behind me my brother" Kurama stated pointing to Minato. "So what brings the soon to be 9th demon lord, and head of the demon circle here to Kohana the leaf village?" Jiraiya asked, "You know are new laws Toad sage, I thought you got the massage." Kurama sighs "Oh well here, and I am the new demon lord. My father has died" he said tossing another copy to the Ero-senin. Jiraiya opened it, and what he read was shocking. "Sorry to hear about that Kurama, but this is… is huge"

Don't get me wrong man, I am all for it… or should I say ALL IN IT" Jiraiya commented, only to get slapped across the head by Kurama. "Focus your perverted fool. I am seeking a way for the Hanyo to be able to have somewhere. They are hated by most demons and most humans… see the dilemma?"He asked. "yeah I do… no love at all, damn… you got them in a pickle. It's your either full human or you're a monster, if you're not full demon than your basically doomed to be weak and die. That is a toughie." Jiraiya laughed, who immediately went back to the paper.

Jiraiya gets up and looks out the window. He fell asleep after putting too much chakra out in the seal tags while he was having the flash backs. "Why Kurama… you wanted peace so badly, why shatter it." He questioned himself over and over again. He then had enough and walked over and began to shake Kushina. "Kushina, I need you to take care of yourselves from her on for a while I mean like years while or months. I am going to go talk to Kurama." The sudden saying of his name shot Kushina's eyes open. "What?" she asked loudly, still holding onto the baby Naruto and caressing his hair. "It's not like him Kushina; he killed his little brother, something he loved with all his black heart." Jiraiya said loudly, the frustration and anger could be felt in his voice. "Jiraiya-sama… if he turns out to be evil kick his ass" Kushina said, she held Naruto close. Jiraiya saw Minato in the boy… Minato always wanted peace and with it… gave everything and broke their capital laws.
With that thought Jiraiya warped out of the building, intent to uncover the truth.

Kurama looks at the picture of him and his brother, tears flow in his eyes. His red irises crack with red veins. Goku opened his door, and Kurama looked at him. "Kurama, you know you followed our ways with honor. I think you need to leave for a while… take a vacation." Goku suggested, folding his arms.. Kurama looked him. "it won't matter… it'll never undo what I did." Kurama said, grabbing a white bottle off his brown dresser in his room. In it was grand bed, it could probably hold him in bijuu form. Goku watched as he began to drink, after the first he took another and drunk out of it as well. "Damn… that does ****ING miracles. I killed my brother and you know what Goku, **** you and fak your faking power. I am Lord Kurama – the ****ing nine tailed Kitsune- Namikaze. Three thousand years old and still ****ing kicking." Kurama howled, throwing the bottle against the wall. "Kurama!" Goku shouted, Kurama just walked out without his shirt, just with his pants. Goku followed him. "You want my ****ing speech, I want the Nanabi to not attend. I think I'm making people drop dead tonight.
Goku not wanting to… nodded and in acceptance opened 2 large doors for Kurama. On the separate stands. Shikaku, the 2 tails, the 3 tails, Gyoku, Hachibi, and Goku was now jumping to his part of the stage. Kurama looked up and jumped as well, but he came down hard enough to make spider cracks across the floor.
Kurama then turned and saw the looks that everyone was given. Shikaku snickered and glared at him. Kurama on the on the other hand was not in a gaming mood. He points his right first finger at the sand giant. "Got something to say *******" he said with the viciousness in his voice being heard. Kurama then grabbed a bottle of Sake that he had in the side of his pants and drunk it. If he was not drunk… he is now. "Kurama Namikaze, what are you doing drinking, have you forgotten what you did the first time you got drunk?" Gyoku asked, and Hachibi shuttered in the thoughts of that day. (That's a another story for another time however)
"So what's this one about, WAIT war… oh it's gotta be war riiiight, well **** you… and your war plans. I Kurama the 9th and most powerful demon lord denounce this plan of war if there should be one. Shikaku what have you become, you used to be humble… when the sage died you changed." "For the better" he simply replied. "I'll ****ing blast you to the void, sand crab." Kurama retorted with a insult.
"Ok the meeting is over if we should pay reprimands to the village of the leaf. For the destruction yo…" Kurama shot the Hachibi a murderous look, it looked around for a moment and sighed "We caused."
"Oh hell no, I vote, my money aren't going to them… animals"
"Yeah… and you're so far from it" Kurama replied, the liquor could be smelled on his breath by the guards who in turn tried to hold their breath.
"What is that supposed to mean?"
"It means would you cry if I killed your son the 4th Kazekage?" Kurama said, his voice carrying a hint of truthful threatening.

"Dare? ****ing try me then, Fu-ck-ing try me… cause I don't think the 5 tails wants involved, I don't think the cat wants to go against me, GOKU sure as hell ain't lifting a damn finger for your sorry ass."
"He is right Shikaku, you buried yourself in this hole, and you buried yourself deep. Climb out of it. " Goku said, "I vote for it to pass as well" Nanabi said, surprising everyone who watched her walk in, holding her little baby girl. "Awww come to join us… *****" Shikaku said mockingly, "And I vote nay". "I vote against it as well, I mean sure we may have been a little over zealous, but they had it coming." Hachibi interjected. "I vote for it to pass as well, it's our fault and… Kurama could really use the emotional boost" said the 2 tails, "I say yes to it as well" the three tails said. "Majority rule, we have 6/2, Gyoku?" "Yes I vote yes…" "7/2, now lets get these funding there, and Kurama take a god damn vacation" Goku said, beginning to head to the scrolls room
