I dont think thats how the power works. Naruto can restore things, not create them from nothing. Ergo Sasuke had to have had the Rinnegan for Naruto to restore it

I'm pretty sure Naruto can only restore using parts of a person's DNA or something like that.

Well, I only started watching anime/reading manga just 4 years ago in 2010, so I didn't watch that much, and since I'm bored i'm trying to find good anime to watch

I think i am a little bias about Ranma½ because is a classic from my childhood but if you liked Inuyasha there is a great possibility that you will like Ranma½(is the same author, Rumiko Takahashi)
