Naruto ability to transfer his chakra..

Since Naruto is able to share his chakra, and Im sure he can sense where the other kages are much better with the mode he is in, wouldnt it be better to send his chakra to the kage so they can heal themselves; also have a better ability to defeat Madara, Obito and the Jubbi?

Why wasnt reviving the kages part of Ensui Nara plan?
