Naruto: A Legends Tale
Chapter 3
Post-War Arc
~Chapter Start~
We see Naruto, Sakura and Kakashi walking to the village gates. They say by to people they pass and get ready to leave
Kakashi: Ready to go you too?
Naruto: Yes!
Sakura: Yes!
They all dash off into the trees. All 3 of them are hoping on tress going on the direction of the Hidden Sand
Naruto: *Thinking with a big grin* I wonder how strong he is! I wonder what techniques he can use!
Sakura takes note of Naruto's spaced out state and smacks him in the head
Sakura: *WHACK!*
Naruto: OW! Sakura what was that for!
Sakura: Pay more attention idiot!
Naruto: Maybe I would if you stopped punching me!
Kakashi turns around to see the staring at each other and he smiles
Kakashi: *soflty* There is a tree in front of you.
Naruto and Sakura : You say something sensei?
Right when they both say this they realize a tree is right in front of them. They both slam right into the trunk of the tree face first.
As it approaches sunset Kakashi suddenly stops noticing something. He waits for a few seconds and Naruto and Sakura look at him
Naruto: What is it sensei?
Kakashi: Be quiet I think something or someone is following us.
Naruto and Sakura get a little more on guard. They stay there for a few seconds and begin to move but as soon as they move something grabs Naruto by the leg and pulls him into a bush. Sakura and Kakashi both turn around
Sakura: What is Naruto doing...:sy:
Sakura hops off the tree and lands on the ground right when she lands the ground beneath her moves slightly and she gets startled
Kakashi: Sakura get out of there! *Sharingan*
Sakura jumps off the ground and lands a few meters away
Sakura: What is it sensei?
Kakashi: Not sure yet. Lets wait it looks like something is emerging from the ground.
A purple crystallized body rises from the ground and begins to take shape into the form of a body
Kakashi: *Thinking* Crystal! Could this possibly be a clone? Or maybe a trap from the enemy?
Sakura: Geez not even halfway to the Hidden Sand and we get stopped by an enemy.
The crystal clone begins to form several hand signs
Kakashi: Here it comes!
Crystal Clone: Crystal Release: Crystal Needles!
Hundreds of purple crystallized needles shot from the air at Kakashi and Sakura. They both evade the attack fairly easily. Sakura punches the ground forcing the earth to move up thus creating a shield to protect her and Kakashi side steps them fairly easily with help from his Sharingan
They both turn to each other
Kakashi: You okay Sakura?
Sakura: Yeah. You?
Kakashi: Yep I think so.
The crystal clone forms more hand seals and prepares his next attack
Sakura: Here he goes again!
All of a sudden from the ground Naruto appears in the air a Rasengan in his hand. He descends on the clone. They clone turns around
Crystal Clone: Crystal Release: Crystal Pentagonal Prison!
All of a sudden a wave of purple crystal is shot at Naruto and imprisons him in the crystal. The crystal drops and the clone catches it smiling
Sakura: Narutoooo!
