Sarada... and ChouChou (?) prepare to meet up with their respective parent(s). They plan to follow Naruto as he's meeting up with Sasuke. What awaits them on their journey?
Sarada: [Looking stern] [Peeking around tree] Just keep quiet ChouChou and I won't mind you coming. It's imperative we stay discrete. Lord Seventh won't allow us to accompany him otherwise.
ChouChou: [Whispering urgently] Even if you said I couldn't go, I'd still go! And I know we have to be stealthy! We're ninja's aren't we?!
Sarada: [Surprised] Watch out, here comes Shikamaru-sama!
ChouChou: Oh, shit!
Shikamaru jumps past their hiding spot. Nothing is seemingly there except some foliage. He continues to make his way back to the village, oblivious to the basic ninjutsu skills the duo just used.
Sarada: [Pulling down invisible sheet] He's long gone now. You ready ChouChou?
ChouChou: Wow! Where'd you get that from?1
Sarada: [Looking back at Naruto] Auntie TenTen's shop. I bought it before our exams...
ChouChou: Right on, girl. You rock! . . . wait! TenTen never lets me buy anything from her store!
Sarada: [Shocked] He's getting ready to move. Get ready!
ChouChou: Ignoring me you bastard, huh?
Naruto adjust his robes before springing into the trees. He's making good progress but so is Sarada and ChouChou who keep up with ease.
Sarada: [Silent] [Focused]
ChouChou: [Sweating] [Trying to break the ice] He has a nice butt, huh?
Sarada: [Blushing] ChouChou! He's the Hokage for goodness sake!
ChouChou: Yeah... he's a geezer! Bolt is way more cuter!
Sarada: [Glares at ChouChou] Hmph.
Eventually, they come to a clearing with a river running through the center. On both sides of the water, beautiful flowers align the perimeter. Naruto takes a step onto the bank and dips his head into it to cool off. Sarada and ChouChou look on from afar.
ChouChou: You think he'll take a quick bath?!
Sarada: [Poignantly] ChouChou!!!
???: Excuse me sir...
Sarada and ChouChou: ?!!!
Naruto: [Looks up from washing his face]
A young lady has approached from the other side of the river wearing a beautiful kimono. Her hair is braided in a lovely style, and her eyes are closed in a peaceful manner.
Naruto: Wassup? What can I do for ya'?
Lady: I was just running my daily errands through here. I come everyday and I've never seen a stranger like you before. May I ask your name, kind sir?
Naruto: [Smiles] [Jabs finger at his chest] I'm the Seventh Hokage of the village hidden in the leaves!
Lady: I see... how interesting
Sarada: Something's wrong... [Tenses up]
ChouChou: [Notices it] What's wrong, Sarada?
Sarada: Naruto-sama is the saviour of the ninja world. His name has been wrung all throughout history the last twenty years. How is it that a village girl knows nothing of the Seventh Hokage, the man from the village in which she lives so close by?!
ChouChou: [Shocked] W-woah! You're right!
Sarada: That only begs one question... who is she?
Lady: Lord Hokage-sama... may I ask you a question now that I know who you are?
Naruto: Hmm? Of course! You can ask me anything.
Lady: [Bends down and begins to ruffle some flowers] Whatever happened to your promise... your promise to unite the villages and restore balance and prosperity to the world?!
Naruto, Sarada, ChouChou: !!!
Naruto: My... promise?
Lady: Don't answer that... I know your reprieve will be bullshit. The truth is; you lied. You have no plan to end the suffering of this world, do you? Is that what Kages have become now? Throne-squatters full of empty words?!
ChouChou: Oi! She sounds a little salty!
Naruto: . . . May I ask you what your name is, miss?
Lady: I have no name. My parents were killed seconds after my birth in the war all those years ago. I was raised by bandits who's goal was to turn me into a *** toy. Unfortunately for them, my parents left me with a deadly Kekkai Gekkai.
Naruto: ?!!
Lady: [Quick hand signs] Frost Style: Withering Cold!!! [Flurries pour from her mouth towards Naruto who's taken back]
Naruto throws out his arms to shield himself from the cold ray. It freezes his arms solid in an interlocking position. He springs backwards a couple yards before gazing at his frozen limbs. Pulling slightly, the ice breaks. Red chakra appears quickly over them, melting them back into their regular state.
Lady: Aw, yes; the Nine-Tails. I never expected this to be an easy fight. But I thought, perhaps if I could take you off guard....
ChouChou: Woah, woah, woah, woah, woah! What's going on here?
Sarada: Lord Seventh's in trouble!
???: Not as much trouble as you two are in.
Sarada and ChouChou: ?!!!!
A loud scream from behind Naruto causes him to spin around. The area where the sound originated is occupied by two people who each have Sarada and ChouChou in their grasp. Once is a heavyset black man while the other is much skinnier, pale white hair covering an eye, with a large scythe on his back.
Naruto: Sarada! ChouChou! What are you kids doing here?!
ChouChou: Save me Naruto-senpai!
Sarada: Let me go you bastard!
Lady: Oh, you've been sloppy. Coming out here alone and leaving two children to fend for themselves... well I guess the latter, you're actually used to.
Naruto: Enough of this! Let them go!
Lady: We'll let them go... if you surrender your life to us.
Naruto: [Staring intently] Who are you people?!
Lady: [Pulls down dress to expose shoulder] We are nobody. We are the used and abused. We are the tattered remains of what was. We are...
Naruto: [Staring at the Dragon tattoo on her body] Yakuza!
