It's logical though, he only got the rinnegan for few hours, he can't master the rinnegan within few hours, that's illogical.

Give him few years and then he will be better using the rinnegan than madara. Maybe in ''The last naruto the movie'' we're going to see some progress from sasuke using the rinnegan.
