Neither of the pixels around his Rinnegan is purple though, they are all gray. (Which indicates shadows) That is why I didn't use that as "proof". Though it is not red either.

Well, yeah, but u at least know that the volume cover is factually done by Kishi. The fact that the chapter on one manga has colored Naruto wrong discredits the thought that the chapter was colored by Kishimoto.

That is true, it only proves that what he posted was not official. It doesn't prove its color or not. (That depends on if his statement that the Jump cover mixed it up.) Which is why I said we'll have to wait. (Though I do think its purple.)
