Kakashi has one of minatos kunais so probably the kages are able to reach kaguyas dimension.
Minato teleports to tobirama ( marked each other ) then together all of them teleports with minato to the kunai kakashi has.

Kakashi threw a kunai before guy went 8 gaits, i think this was the kunai naruto picked up.
In the scan minato says he will have kakashi keep his kunai so, there must be one in kakashis bag

Best plan until now, but i doubt that kishimoto is as smart as you, but i can see this happening since this is the most logical thing to do! Nice prediction
