elder brother’ s son" => Fake. It's impossible... Then tell me, how did SO6P transfer his power to Naruto and Sasuke? He had the both powers from born.. Body + Eyes = Samsara (Rinne) Power, or Rinnegan.

le senor rinnengan was bound to have come to him due to hashi cells implanted into him and him near dying. The sage simply gave him his own chakra whch reacted with the uchiha/senju chakra now in him to produce the higher rinnengn form
