Madara's final Rinnegan move is based off of the Buddhist concept of impermanence. The technique is somewhat akin to Orochimaru's Oral Rebirth Jutsu (just without the oral part).

[Obito lands on the ground with his staff in hand and both sharingan in his sockets and Madara lands right beside him]
[Madara is shown with his left Rinnegan in hand and he places it within his now vacant eye socket]
Madara-{maniacally laughs} It’s good to finally be complete.
[The bisected half of Madara’s body joins with his other half and begins to rapidly heal. His chakra cloak reforms around the wounded area]

[Madara’s entire body is shown, with focus on both his Rinnegan eyes glowing. Both of his horns are now equal in size]
Obito-{groans} Naruto, Kakashi I can’t control my body any longer
[Obito looks towards Kakashi with a regretful expression]
Obito- Kakashi, Madara was the one responsible for Rin’s death. He set everything up. The three tails and the Mist ninja were all pawns in his scheme to sway me to his side.
[Naruto who knows of Obito’s connection to Rin is furious at this revelation]
Kakashi-[shocked]!!!
Naruto-[angered] You Bastard!!

Madara- A disobedient pawn is of no use to me now {makes and hand seal} Let’s see if we can fix that.
[Madara once again uses his chakra to take control of Obito’s other half which turns black as well]
Obito-[while losing consciousness] Naruto, Kakashi you must defeat Black Zetsu even if it means taking me out.
Madara-(Even with both Rinnegan I’ll still need to overlap with my Limbo clone again in order to use their full potential) Black Zetsu are you ready?
BZ- Yes Madara-sama, with Obito’s consciousness suppressed, I now have complete control over his body.

[Naruto walks over to Kakashi and Sakura and taps his hands on their shoulders in order to give them chakra. The cloaks which now resemble Naruto’s new mode form around them]
Kakashi-(This chakra it’s even more powerful than the last time)
Sakura- Thank you Naruto!
Naruto- Yosha. Let’s save Obito from the Aloe-Vera guy and kick that bastard’s ass.

[Naruto and Sasuke sprint towards Madara while Sakura and Kakashi move toward BZ]
[Naruto creates three Kage Bunshin. One starts to run towards BZ in order to support Kakashi and Sakura]
Sasuke- Naruto he shouldn’t be able to utilize his shadow now, but we don’t know what powers he has gained after gaining his other eye. Be careful!
Naruto- Yeah! Yeah! I got it!
[Naruto as well as one clone engages Madara with the six path staffs]
[Madara blocks one staff with his own while creating an extra arm with the Asura path to grab hold of the other staff]

[The remaining Naruto clone appears behind Madara holding him in place]
Naruto-{grins} One of the first lessons I learned as a shinobi was to never let your opponent get behind you.

[The two staff wielding Naruto’s jump away from Madara while Sasuke is shown charging forward with a black chidori in hand]
Sasuke-{points his hand towards Madara} Chidori Eiso!
[The black Chidori True Spear pierces straight through Madara as well as the Naruto clone causing it to disperse]
Naruto/clone-Take this!!!
[Naruto and the clone each use a chakra arm that makes use of Frog Kumite. The force of the punches knocks Madara back and the single clone disperses]

[Scene switches to Sakura and Kakashi vs. BZ]
Kakashi- Sakura are you ready?
[Sakura nods her head as BZ prepares a jutsu]
BZ-{activates both MS} Katon- Bakuufu Ranbu!
[With both eyes rotating the air, the fire technique is several times larger than when Obito first used it]
Kakashi- {slams his hands on the ground} Earth Style: Great Mud Wall!
[The mud wall appears and the dog faces are shown]
Kakashi-{makes another seal} Water Style: Raging Water Torrents!
[The dog faces spit out highly pressurized streams of water that clash with the flames]

[A massive amount of steam is shown rising into the air from the collision of both techniques]
Kakashi- Sakura, when I say go, use your strength to destroy my earth wall.
Sakura-{tightens her fist} I understand.
Kakashi-{yells} Now!!
[Sakura runs forward and smashes the wall to bits with her chakra enhanced strength. Dust and debris are shown rising into the air which is still slightly foggy from the steam]
Kakashi-{weaves another set of seals} Earth Style: Scattershot!!
[The rocks from the smashed wall begin to move at fast pace towards BZ who activates Kamui in order to phase through the attack]

[Kakashi is shown lauching six kunai in the direction of BZ which land near him]
[Kakashi brings out several shurikens from his pouch]
Kakashi-{makes handseals} Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu!!
[The attack multiplies into hundreds and move towards Black Zetsu who sees the incoming weapons]
BZ- This attack is futile! {Activates Obito’s left eye in order to suck in the shuriken}
Kakashi- (You have to stay tangible while absorbing objects. This is my chance!) Now!
[One of the six kunai thrown earlier transforms into a clone of Kakashi and both are shown having 5 threads of ninja wire attached to their hands]
Kakashi/clone- Lightning Style: Electric Arc Prison!!

[Lighting moves through the wires and creates a field of electricity within the barrier of the five kunai]
BZ-[shocked literally and physically] (Shit I can’t move or use the sharingan. My entire body is paralyzed!!)
[Sakura is shown running towards the now immobile BZ with her fist cocked back]
Sakura- Take this! Shannaro!!
BZ-{squints his eyes from the current} (If that punch hits me I’ll be dead. I need to get out of Obito’s body!)
[Black Zetsu is shown struggling to unattach himself from Obito’s body but finally manages to right before Sakura’s attack lands]
[However, Sakura’s punch goes right through Obito’s body indicating that she was only a normal Bunshin before fading away]
[The clone Naruto sent earlier arrives, and sensing the strength of Obito’s life force, quickly places his right palm onto Obito’s heart]
BZ- (Dammit. They tricked me. That girl was just an illusionary clone that fooled me into leaving Obito’s body!)

[Scene switches to Naruto and Sasuke vs. Madara]
Madara- (Even with both Rinnegan, I can’t afford to take the two of them lightly) {smiles evilly} But it is certainly entertaining me greatly!
[Madara is shown making a hand sign for a jutsu]

[The massive blast of scorching hot flames moves towards Naruto and Sasuke]

[Sasuke blows the flames of the Great Dragon Flame Jutsu into the small Enton orb in his palm igniting the entire dragon in Amaterasu]
Naruto- Sage Art: Mouse Hairball Rasenshuriken!!
[Naruto throws both MHRS that are aimed to intercept Sasuke’s technique right before the two techniques collide]

[The MHRS collide with the Black Dragon exploding into a massive sphere of black and blue fire]
[Madara’s scorch attack collides with Naruto and Sasuke’s combo causing a massive explosion]
Madara- (I need to get to my Limbo clone soon. I’ll need to distract them)
[Madara creates to arms armed with missiles from the Asura Path and launches them in the direction of Naruto and Sasuke]
[The fire separates into many small pieces due to Matatabi’s chakra and fly into the air. The sky darkens further]
Sasuke-{looks up at the sky} (With this I should be able to…)
[Sasuke’s train of thought is interrupted as the missiles appear out of the cloud of smoke]

Sasuke- Shit! We need to get out of here! {Grabs Naruto’s shoulder and widens his left eye}
[The tomoe are once again shown in Sasuke’s left eye as he shifts himself and Naruto to Sakura and Kakashi’s location]
[Naruto’s clone is shown placing a mark on a now BZ free Obito as the two arrive]
Naruto clone- You’re not just Madara’s pawn. You are Uchiha Obito. My Dad’s student. Kakashi-sensei’s friend. And the man who saved my life.
[The clone notices the arrival of his original and disperses]

[Obito is shown slowly waking up as his hair once again turns black]
Kakashi-{thinks to himself} (Obito even the lowly power of a pawn has the potential to check the king, and if that pawn manages to get to the other side, he can bring even the most important pieces back into the game. –Chess reference relating to Obito saving Naruto—
Obito-{eyes open groggily} Naruto? Kakashi? Sasuke? What happened?
Naruto- We took care of the black plant thingy, and I restored your chakra.
[Sasuke notices the slight movement of BZ trying to escape underground and creates Enton Flames in his hand]
[Sasuke throws the Enton flames which hit BZ and begin to burn him until he is nothing but ash]

Sasuke- Naruto, check and see if you can sense Madara’s location!
Naruto-{grumbles} I still hate taking orders from you!
Naruto-{senses Madara’s chakra} I found him, he is moving towards the location of my clone that is guarding his shadow.
Sasuke- We need to hurry. Let’s go Naruto.
Naruto- Kakashi-sensei, Sakura-chan, please take care of Obito for me.
[Naruto and Sasuke leave to Madara’s location]
Kakashi-{looks to Obito} Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and Genjutsu are all necessary parts of any shinobi unit. But the lesson I passed onto my students which you taught me all those years ago , is the most important one of all: Teamwork!!

[Madara arrives before the sealed Limbo clone and Naruto’s shadow clone tries attack Madara]
[The clone tries to attack Madara with a quickly made rasengan but is easily overpowered and dispersed]
Madara-{touches the seal} Now I can finally begin the Infintie Tsukuyomi!
[Lighting is shown flashing in the sky]
[Shukaku’s seal is shown receding right as Naruto and Sasuke arrive]
Sasuke- I won’t let you!! {raises his left hand with a chidori active in it}
[A massive black Kirin is shown in the sky created from the intense heat of the Katon techniques used]

[Sasuke lowers his hand and Kirin descends upon Madara just after his shadow returns to his body. Both of Madara’s Rinnegan are shown widened]
Madara-[calmly] Outer Path: Impermanence!!
[The Kirin directly strikes Madara causing massive damage to the battlefield]
Naruto- Eh! What just happened? It’s as if his chakra suddenly vanished.
[Madara appears unharmed right in the center of the crater formed by Kirin]
????- The flower is ready to the bloom and the time is right. Commence preparations for complete unification.
[Madara’s forehead protector-like thing falls off revealing Kaguya’s third eye. He slams his palms on the ground and the Shinju once again is summoned]
Madara has begun his preparations for Infinite Tsukuyomi!! How will Naruto and Sasuke be able to stop him in time!?
