Naruto 676: Combined Forces
Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi stand their guard. From the wormhole exits Madara, who has gained his legs back. In his grasp is Obito, whom has been used to return.
Madara: "I have no use for you anymore."
Madara's will slowly separates from Obito's left side and slowly moves into Madara's arm. At that point Obito's life force gradually begins to vanish, no longer being kept alive by the will. His body is thrown where it skids across the ground. The left eye is also thrown aside.
Naruto: "You...You monster!!"
Kakashi: 'Obito......'
Madara slowly descends onto the ground and raises his arms. There is a new power manifesting within him. With the retrieval of his eye he has unlocked the power that he so desperately sought after.
?????: 'Destroy them. They stand in our way.'
Madara: "I plan to."
The black rod forms over his palm, this time complete with both ends. Swinging his other hand, he controls the black orbs, sending them out towards the group. Madara then disappears from everyone's view. Kakashi quickly forms hand seals, causing a large wall of Earth to protect their front-side. The black spheres hit the wall and collapse it, but stop once they do so.
Kakashi: "Watch each other's blindside!!"
Madara appaears above Sakura, striking downwards with his staff. She cannot move into a defensive position quick enough but fortunately for her Sasuke is there to block, using his black lightning infused Kusanagi.
Madara: "Such a shame you couldn't join me Uchiha. With your newly acquired power you could have-"
Naruto: "Just shut up with that already! Sasuke's with us!"
Naruto moves in with a large blue and black Rasengan and thrusts it in towards Madara's side. (Sage Art: Scorching Hairball Rasengan) Madara quickly ascends to escape the ground attack. Naruto's momentum carries him forward.
Naruto: 'Thanks Matatabi! Now I need a favor from you Chomei!'
Chomei: 'Already on it!'
Wings quickly grow out from Naruto's back and he makes a quick veer upwards, in pursuit of Madara. Once close enough he tosses the large Rasengan towards him where it explodes, releasing hundreds of small spheres of blue fire. They home in and surround Madara. At the clenching of his fist he causes the blue fireballs to attract towards Madara from all around, exploding when they reach him.
Sakura: "Good work Naruto!"
Sasuke: "It's not over yet...When I say now you punch with all of your force Sakura. Kakashi, from there you'll know what to do. Make sure it's a technique that is earth based."
Sakura: "...Okay...." 'What is Sasuke thinking?'
Kakashi: "Understood." 'What do you plan to do?'
A repulsion defends Madara from the attack. As the smoke begins dissipating in the sky Madara hovers with a smirk on his face.
Madara: "All that effort for nothing."
Naruto: "Dammit!"
Sasuke: "Now."
Sasuke's Rinnegan focuses while Sakura cocks her arm back. Instantaneously, she is transported behind Madara.
Madara: "!?"
Sakura: "HYAAAH!!!"
Before a black orb can form a barrier behind him he is punched. Kakashi quickly forms hand seals and slams both palms on the ground. From the Earth erupts a massive canine-like beast that swallows Madara's body whole, keeping him in a chamber at the stomach. From there Sasuke immediately sends a current into the sky using his Chidori.
Sasuke: "With my new power....I have better control."
Kakashi: "Hurry Sasuke!"
The Kirin emerges, now imbued with Hagoromo's chakra and turned black, and strikes the large canine with a power like no other. The earth is shattered and vaporized. To escape the blast Naruto is retrieves Sakura and Kakashi while Sasuke distances himself on his own.
Naruto: "You couldn't let me in on this plan Sasuke!?"
Naruto sets them down and the wings retract into his body.
Sasuke: "Sorry Naruto, but you were the distraction."
It isn't over yet. A large blade comes crashing down from the blast site, slamming into the ground before the group, closer to Kakashi. They impact sends them flying back. Sasuke rolls across the ground but regains footing, Sakura slides against the ground with Kakashi, Naruto also rolls onto his feet and Kakashi is seen sliding in the direction of Obito.
Kakashi: "Ugh...."
Sakura: "Kakashi...are you okay?"
Kakshi seems to have opened the wound sustained from Obito earlier. He looks at Sakura and then notices Obito, who is panting heavily. The thought of how Marara betrayed him and planned this keeping him alive. The anger. The hate for him. Sakura stands to help Kakashi but he stops her.
Kakashi: "No...I am useless now."
Sakura notices the wound bleeding profusely from his side.
Sakura: "I can save you Kakashi Sensei. Let me help!"
Kakshi slowly makes his way to Obito and crashes down onto his knees. Setting his hand onto his body.
Sakura: "Kakashi!?"
Kakashi: "Obito....It's not your time yet. This is my gift to you....For what you had done for me. Forgive me for not protecting Rin...."
Kakashi transfers his life force into Obito, keeping him alive. The Uchiha stares into the sky, tears beginning to leak from the corners of his eyes.
Obito: "Kakashi...."
Sakura: "Kakashi!!"
Obito stands from the ground and looks down at Kakashi's body before shifting his gaze upon the Sharingan on the ground just a few meters from him.
Obito: "Sakura, I need you to do something quickly...."
Panel changes to Madara, who is attacking Naruto and Sasuke with the legendary sword Nunoboko. They are having difficulty defending against his attacks. Obito is seen walking in the distance with both Mangekyou Sharingan.
Obito: "Susano'o."
An orange colored chakra begins enveloping his body.
