there is a large amount of blood splattered on the ground next page we see sakura got in the way she pulls the rod out while healing herself.

obito touchs sakura and teleports them both back to the real world. Obito falls down his right eye now completely blind
kakashi is next to him. madara arrives back to the real world to the lower half of his body reatatchs itsself
kakashi: obito!
madara: that left rinnegan belongs to me obito return it.
obito: kakashi this is all to familar don't you think.
kakashi: yeah it sorta is.
a panel comparing obitos last death is seen next to present time sakura is where rin is obito is in the same spot and kakashi is in the same spot he was in last time.
kakashi: i'm sorry i lost your gift.
obito: its all right kakashi...
madara: don't even think about giving it to kakashi his body can't handle it.
naruto and saskue appear infront of madara.
naruto: if you think you're getting it though.
sasuke: then you're insane.
madara: tch fine i'll just have to push through you two then!
obito: kakashi this is the last time i'll be saying good bye please honor my final request, the best you can.
kakashi: obito thank you for everything, I swear this time i'll do it.

naruto touchs kakashis body placing one oof those sun marks on him.
naruto: his body can take it now this'll keep him from dying so don't worry kakashi sensei you'll be fine if you take it.

naruto touchs the black zetsu pinning him to obitos body with one of those marks.
naruto: i can't save you though obito i'm sorry.
obito: it's alright now i can finally go and meet rin. kakashi, naruto one more thing let's not meet again for quite a long time, i don't want to see you for atleast another 70 years.
naruto: sakura use your medical ninjutsu to transfer the eyes i have to go help sasuke.
obito: naruto take care of this young lady she risked her life for you and even for me.
( i am a naru hina shipper but i can see this happening so don't hate for this one line pls >_<)
naruto: no problem, good bye obito i think you could have been a great hokage.
naruto dashes off back to fight madara. sakura transplants the eyes.
kakashi: good bye obito this time i won't lose your gift, not until after this battles done then i'll crush it. I will keep this promise.
kakashi turns around walking away from obitos corpse a smile can be seen on obitos face as he walks away.
sakura: it looks like he's finally found peace.
